This hoodie is great! I love the vibrant colors and the quality of the material is amazing! I needed to size up since my golden doodle is a little bigger than the usual. When I reached out to Jiby to do the exchange the customer service experience was amazing. They responded quickly and asked for feedback to better understand my dogs size so they could make adjustments to the sizing chart if needed. They even provided me with a return label. Overall the quality and look of the sweater and the customer service received was immaculate!

My dog and I love this so much. Not only does she look adorable in it but she seems to feel super comfortable when wearing it while doing her normal daily activities. Will definitely be ordering more soon!
