Exchanges
We offer free exchanges, including free shipping (USA), within 30 days from the date you receive your products.
1. Please send us an email with your name, order number, and reason for your exchange at info@jibydogcrew.com. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label and a return packing slip.
2. Once we receive your return, we will send you your exchange products free of charge, including free shipping for US customers.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of package receipt.
- Custom engraved or personalized products may not be returned.
Returns
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the date you received your products.
1. Please send us an email with your name, order number, and reason for return at info@jibydogcrew.com. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label and a return packing slip.
2. Once we receive your return, we will process a full refund, not including original shipping charges. (Please note, orders that received free shipping will have the cost for return shipping deducted from the refund.)
