Exchanges 

If you’d like to exchange a product, please send us an email with your name, order number and reason for your exchange at info@jibydogcrew.com. Send returns to JIBY2523 174th Ave NE, Redmond, WA 98052. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer.

Once we receive your return, we will send you your exchange products free of charge including free shipping.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Products that include a custom engraved dog tag can be exchanged for a different size/color.
  • Please do not include customized dog tags with the return package.
  • Exchanges must be processed within 30 days of package receipt.

Returns

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the date you received your products. If you’d like to return an order, please send us an email with your name, order number and reason for return at info@jibydogcrew.com.

Send returns to 2523 174th Ave NE, Redmond, WA 98052. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer. Once we receive your return, we will process a full refund including original shipping charges.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Products that include a custom engraved dog tag cannot be refunded but can be exchanged for a different size/color.
  • Returns must be processed within 30 days of package receipt.

Refunds

Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
